Tim Richardson

Tim uses his extensive experience and detailed knowledge of lean production systems and wider supply chain strategy to deliver sustainable competitive advantage from all aspects of our clients supply chain operations. Tim’s clients include GE Healthcare, Johnson Matthey, Atlas Copco, Baxter Healthcare and Hollister Incorporated.

Tim is co-founder of Iter and Development Director and splits his time between supporting key delivery projects and developing the capability and insight Iter offers the marketplace. Increasingly this is focusing on the practical digitalisation of supply chain operations and the creation of agile, resilient supply chain operations delivered through the blend of technology, process and organisational culture.

Outside work Tim races sailing dinghies, pursues his love of jazz and is a long- suffering season ticket holder at London Irish.

Colin Prout

Colin focusses on the transformation and optimisation of manufacturing and supply chain operations, with a particular emphasis on LEAN. Colin has a particular focus on solving the challenges (and delivering the opportunities) that technology including autonomous systems, big data, AI, machine learning, and blockchain represent. Colin focus is on to the pharmaceutical, medical device and complex engineering and manufacturing companies Iter supports.

Colin is co-founder and Delivery Director of Iter Consulting and has a broad range of work experience and knowledge gained within a wide range of roles with operations, engineering, military, manufacturing, retail, ICT and government sector. His recent clients include Abaco Systems, International Automotive Components and Hollister Incorporated.

Outside work, Colin is a keen hill walker (winter and summer), bird watcher and cyclist.

Andy MacCaig Iter

Andy MacCaig

Andy’s broad experience of Operations and Supply Chain management combined with deep IT knowledge enable him to architect, design and deploy end user focused, digitised solutions to improve operational performance, efficient and visibility.

Andy currently leads the development and deployment of the Virtual Visual Performance Management solution. He helps clients deploy the solution, supporting the implementation and early deployment phase and then using this practical experience to bring enhancements and updates to the current product, while also developing additional modules to expand the solution into other areas of digitalised production systems.

Away from work Andy is a keen sports fan, F1 and rugby in particular, following McLaren and Northampton Saints respectively, enjoys all aspect of technology and when time permits cycling and photography.

Dave Anning

Throughout a 25 period with the conglomerate engineering company Smiths Group Dave’s career focus was supply chain and operations. During this time, he held a variety of roles first in the Aerospace division, then the Medical division and finally as COO in the Detection division. He also spent four years as Smiths Group CTO, leading transformation of the Group’s IT infrastructure. After leaving Smiths Group Dave joined Bathroom Brands (the UKs largest privately held supplier of bathroom products) as COO. In recent years Dave started consulting and has worked with clients such as Baxter Healthcare, Mayerton Refractories, Blatchford Prosthetics and Flamingo Horticulture.

Throughout his career Dave has led many supply chain projects to improve the flow of goods / information, people, processes, systems and footprint; now he uses his expertise in supply chain and planning systems to help clients design and build solutions which achieve the optimum balance of service, cost and working capital for their industry.

Outside work Dave enjoys cycling, sailing, gardening, and listening to music.

Pat Salter

Pat is a highly experienced operations expert and has delivered performance improvement across a range of blue chip companies including IAC Europe, Federal Mogul, Johnson Controls, Cap Gemini and Shell. He has worked in many sectors including aviation, oil and gas, petrochemicals, FMCG, electronics, medical products, general engineering and automotive.

Pat’s expertise includes operations management, performance improvement, strategic planning, plant build and launch (and turnaround), Lean analysis, workshops and implementation, purchase and supply chain management and operational due diligence for M&A.

Outside work, Pat plays in a squash league, and also enjoys real tennis as well as gardening, cycling and watching his girls grow up

Colin is a highly experienced business leader working in senior roles in Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America for the world’s leading mechanical seal company. He has a proven record of team development, sales and service growth and change management. He has worked closely with key blue chip companies in oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, general industries and global OEMs.

Colin’s expertise includes design and engineering, sales and service management, operations management, performance improvement, strategy development and deployment, due diligence for M&A and integration lead post acquisition.

Outside work Colin relaxes fishing for specimen carp and is an avid F1 and football fan.

Declan is a performance-focused technology executive, who is proficient in developing high performing and lean teams. Declan has expertise and knowledge in multiple high technology industries and is recognised as excellent at creating strong collaborative relationships across an organisation. He is innovative in the development of strategies, programmes and services and has been consistently successful in identifying and delivering cost-reduction initiatives.

Declan’s core skills include strategic and operational planning, IT strategy, Lean manufacturing and operational excellence. Declan is a skilled leader, mentor and is a qualified coach.

Away from work Declan enjoys many sports but especially trail running in the very early hours of the morning with his headtorch on and some loud music in his ears.

Joseph Kohlhoff Iter

Joseph Kohlhoff

Joseph is an experienced commercial professional with an impressive track record of consultative solution selling in the supply chain industry. He was previously VP of Sales and European Sales Director at Frost & Sullivan and a Sales Manager at Bank of America.

Joseph’s skills and expertise lies in client engagement, market analysis and strategic partnerships. He has particular knowledge of cost to serve, emerging markets & technologies and S&OP/IBP.

Outside work Joseph is a musician and pursues his love of jazz music.

Mike Godliman Marketing Director - Iter

Mike Godliman

Mike is an experienced marketing and business development specialist who has supported consulting businesses for over twenty years.

Mike began his consulting career at Deloitte and worked as both a marketing consultant and a marketing director at Verdict Research, Forum Europe and Pragma Consulting. Mike’s specialism is brand building and business development for specialist B2B consultancies.

Outside work Mike enjoys country walks, watching sport and listening to obscure music from the 1980s.

Howard Linton

During his career in large Corporations, Howard’s professional focus has been in Operations Management with particular focus on all aspects of global supply chain. His time within the BOC & Smith Group includes being based in Asia and Americas leading both transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

In addition to his significant Operations experience Howard’s wider business experiences has come from senior roles in finance and Lean/CI.

Outside work Howard is a keen saxophonist and sailor.
